I’m proud to serve as Owner at Vivid Properties. My journey into real estate began in 2020, and from the moment I stepped into this field, I was captivated by the opportunity to connect with people and make a tangible difference in their lives.​

What I cherish most about my role is the chance to meet new individuals every day and assist them in navigating one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Whether it’s crafting a solution to a challenging situation or providing a fresh start, I am committed to delivering win-win outcomes for homeowners throughout Wisconsin.​

Outside of real estate, I find joy in spending quality time with my wife, embracing the great outdoors, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and exploring new destinations whenever the opportunity arises (though, admittedly, work keeps me quite busy!).​

Cory

Cory is our Project Manager at Vivid Properties, bringing a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results to every project. With a strong background in coordinating complex developments, he ensures that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.​

Outside of work, Cory enjoys spending quality time with his fiancé and their energetic puppy. An avid home chef, he finds joy in experimenting with new recipes and flavors in the kitchen. His commitment to excellence and his personable nature make him an invaluable member of the Vivid Properties team.​

Taylor

Taylor is the designer and acquisition manager for Vivid Properties. Taylor is enthusiast and fun to work with. On our rehabs, she is responsible for picking the right colors and design concepts. She also helps with meeting any potential sellers and explaining/walking you through the process.
